After 13 incredible years at the helm of TVA, our much-loved boss Paolo Guadagni has retired, and we couldn’t let him go without a proper send-off. To celebrate his journey, the entire TVA team came together for a special aperitivo, joined by both current and former team members. It was an evening filled with laughter, heartfelt stories, and a few nostalgic moments as we looked back on the many adventures and milestones we shared under Paolo’s leadership.
From tight deadlines to groundbreaking projects, Paolo guided us with creativity, kindness, and vision. His legacy is not only in the work we’ve done, but in the strong sense of community he helped build. As we turn the page, we’re thrilled to welcome Francesco Roveta as the new lead for the team. With fresh energy and a deep appreciation for TVA’s spirit, we’re confident he’ll help steer us into an exciting new chapter.
